Welcome to Travomaya Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern all homestay bookings made through our website, mobile platform, customer support team, or any offline channel. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
- Travomaya Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. provides homestay accommodation services only across selected destinations in India.
- We act as a facilitator between guests and homestay owners/partners.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is successfully received and confirmation is shared with the guest.
Guests must provide accurate personal details (name, contact number, ID proof) at the time of booking.

3.Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Homestay prices may start from ₹999/-* depending on destination, season, availability, and room category.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.

4.Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% Full Refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled at least 72 hours before the check-in date and time.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will not be eligible for any refund.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
- No refund will be provided in case of no-show or early check-out.

5.Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6.Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.).
- Guests must follow house rules, local laws, and community guidelines during their stay.
- Any damage to property or assets will be chargeable to the guest.

7.Limitation of Liability
- Travomaya is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the stay.
- We are not liable for service interruptions due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

8.Modification of Booking
- Date changes or modifications are subject to availability and approval by the homestay partner.
- Modified bookings may be subject to revised pricing.

9.Termination of Stay
- Travomaya or the homestay owner reserves the right to cancel or terminate a stay if guest behavior is unsafe, illegal, or violates house rules.
- In such cases, no refund will be provided.

10.Changes to Terms
- Travomaya reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11.Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
