    Group Size: Average group size is 25–35 travelers for optimal experience. Transportation: Modern, air-conditioned private coaches with ample legroom and luggage space. Meals: Daily buffet breakfast and dinner included. Lunches are not included to allow flexibility. Luggage Allowance: 1 check-in bag (20 kg max) and 1 cabin bag (7 kg) per person. Travel Documents: Ensure you carry a valid Schengen visa, passport (valid for 6 months), and travel insurance. Physical Activity Level: Moderate – includes walking tours, sightseeing, and optional excursions. Terms & Conditions:

    Prices are per person on twin sharing basis and subject to availability. Booking confirmed only after advance payment and visa submission. Any increase in taxes or fuel surcharges will be charged additionally. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Cancellation charges apply as per policy (available on request). The company reserves the right to change hotels/schedule due to operational reasons. Visa approval is at the discretion of the Embassy; fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

    If you cancel your booking more than 45 days before departure, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total tour cost will be retained. For cancellations made between 31 and 45 days before departure, 25% of the tour cost will be charged. Should you cancel within 21 to 30 days of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be withheld. If you cancel between 11 and 20 days before departure, 75% of the full tour price will be charged. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 10 days of departure—or in the case of a no-show—will result in a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund available. Please note that visa denials or delays do not exempt you from cancellation charges unless you notify us with documentation well in advance of departure. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 15–20 business days, and any airline tickets already issued are non-refundable in accordance with carrier policy.
