Evening shopping at Charing Cross / Tibetan Market for tea & chocolates. Day 2 – Scenic Escapes & Nature Morning drive to Pykara Lake & Waterfalls – peaceful boating & photography. Explore Emerald Lake & Avalanche Lake – serene, less-crowded natural spots. Visit Tea Museum & Tea Factory – learn about tea-making, enjoy tastings.     Carry a valid government-issued photo ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License) for hotel check-in and travel. Weather in Ooty is generally cool; carry light woolens throughout the year and heavier jackets during winter (Nov–Feb). Advance payment of 50% is required at the time of booking. 6. Balance payment to be cleared before the start of the trip. 7. Cancellations & Refunds 8. Cancellation made 15 days before travel – 90% refund of advance. 9. Cancellation made 7–14 days before travel – 50% refund of advance. 10. Cancellation made less than 7 days before travel – no refund. 11. Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation Policy:

    More than 15 days before travel date ? 90% refund of the booking amount. 7 to 14 days before travel date ? 50% refund of the booking amount. Less than 7 days before travel date ? No refund. No Show / Early Departure ? No refund will be provided. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation request. If the trip is canceled due to natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions, standard cancellation charges apply. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to guests.
